It is our pleasure to congratulate Ellen Johnson-Sirleaf, Tawakkul Karman and Leymah Gbowee with the Nobel Peace Prize 2011.  We are now pleased to present this years Nobel menu!

cherry sauce with a touch of cinnamon, rosti potato in puff pastry

Coffee and milk chocolate mousse, coconut sorbet, coffee ganache
