This year Nobelmenu!

It is with great pride that our executive chef presents this year's Nobelmenu!  The menu is, as every year, kept secret until all the guests are seated. 

This year you will find fantastic, Norwegian local food on the menu, but as always it is also inspired by the Peace Prize laureate's culture and background.
