Restaurant Julius Fritzner

Pastry chef Julius Fritzner opened the Grand Hotel in 1874. Today, more than 125 years later, the hotel's restaurant for fine dining bears his name - Restaurant Julius Fritzner.

Head Chef Patrick O'Toole and his chef's are today combining classical elegance with new twists on the plate, using the fantastic ingredients Norwegian nature has to offer. 

Our well trained staff provides a relaxed and adult atmosphere and will expertly guide you in your choice of menu and harmonizing wines.

Our wine list focuses on a perfect balance between great wines from the classic wine world and elegant wines from the new world.   We have just recieved new vintages from Domain Leflaive, see the list and pick your favorite Cru!
