Groups of 3 or more all days: 72 hours cancellation.
General cancellation Monday - Thursday: 24 hours.
Cancellation Friday - Sunday, and other Holidays: 48 hours.
Purchases and payments:
- Larger groups kan hire the VIP room, kr 2700,- per hour.
- Wine/Cava can be ordered for the group, kr 450,- per bottle. Because of Health & Saftey Regulations, only 2 bottles can be ordered for groups of 3-6 persons, and only 4 bottles can be ordered for larger groups.
- Groups of 6 or less can pay in advance or upon arrival at the spa. Any extra costs (food, drinks or extra treatments) can be settled at the end of the spa experience.
- Larger groups may need to share lockers, as the number of these is restricted.
Deposits and cancellation fees:
Groups larger than 3 people are required to settle the account 7 days prior to treatments, otherwise the booking will be cancelled and the 10 % cancellation fee will be charged.
10% of the booking fee will be charged to the group if cancelled within 7 days of booked date
50% of the booking fee will be charged to the group if cancelled within 4-7 days of booked date
100% of the booking fee will be charged to the group if cancelled within 72 hours of booked date
